Across the Universe
Speaking of Jim Sturgess, another great movie that he is in, Across the Universe, is phenomenal. That is, if you like Musicals, The Beatles and things that are a little bit trippy. The vocals in this movie are gorgeous. There are so many unique voices that you can't help but love the music, even if you don't necessarily love The Beatles, (although, if you don't like the beatles, I'm just gonna say you need to pay more attention.) Anyway, the vocals are gorgeous, the acting is good and it's altogether done extremely well.

After watching 21 Starring Jim Sturgess and Kevin Spacey, I have found a new favorite movie. The basic plot is based on a true story where six students from MIT are trained to count cards and take Vegas by storm. According to Sturgess' character, Ben, he is only doing it until he obtains tuition to go to Harvard Medical School, which is $300,000. The story goes through several twists and turns and has you at the edge of your seat at the very end. In my opinion, this is one of the best movies I have ever seen.

Marie Antoinette
This movie was very well put together. I really admire the director, Sofia Coppola. She did so well with this one. The costumes are gorgeous and Kirsten Dunst did amazing. First of all, I'd like to let you know that if this situation were really true, I really admire Antoinette. I mean, lets face it, her husband basically dismissed her existence for the first landslide of their marriage, wouldn't help her gain the king's respect and wouldn't help her with the pregnancy thing. ANYWAY. Point is, I loved the movie.

(500) Days Of Summer
I've heard from many people that this movie sucked and I shouldn't watch it. Trusting them, I didn't make it a priority to see this one because, well, it was supposed to suck. Well all of those people are incorrect. It doesn't suck, actually it's an awesome movie. It's very unpredictable, not like a normal love story at all, in fact, the narrator tells you at the beginning that it isn't going to be a love story at all, which is why whoever said that it sucked should've turned it off right then. Because if you're still expecting a love story after it tells you that's exactly what it's not, then you shouldn't judge it as if it were one. Overall it was fantastic and as an added bonus, you get to look at Joseph Gordon-Levitt for 95 minutes. How could it be bad?

| How To Train Your Dragon: 5 Hearts |
What better way to start out a movie review blog than with a fantastic movie? "This is a kids movie," you might say, yeah, maybe it is, but it's also a wonderful movie. The story goes like this. Hiccup is too small to do anything actually productive in his village (as far as the other vikings are concerned) so he's been working his whole life to try to kill one. He hits a night fury (above) but no one believes him. He goes to find it and kill it, but he can't why? You'll have to watch the movie to find out. It's such a good story, and the art is great as well. I mean, look at that adorable black dragon right there! This movie is full of creative and fun creatures along with some very sarcastic and witty humor (which I thoroughly enjoy). If you're looking for a movie for your kids to watch, or maybe just something for you and your boyfriend/girlfriend situation, this is it. It's cute, funny, meaningful and all together a very well done film!
